Ola is originally from Saudi Arabia, her mom is British and she was born in California. Ola spent 10 years of her life in Switzerland. She considers herself a citizen of the world. She graduated with a bachelors in sustainable business and culinary arts where Nabati was first developed in 2016 as a school project.
She always dreamed of opening her own restaurant. In 2018 Ola visited Miami for the first time where close family friends live. Where she saw a great business opportunity and grabbed it!
Ola’s Story
Ola was a sous chef in London at the time and couldn’t get the idea of developing her plant based ice cream project into reality. What better place to start than Miami where there is no season for ice cream.
Shortly after Ola quit her job and moved to Miami and in August 2019 Nabati opened its doors to the public.
All the products are Ola’s creation. Everything is made from scratch, with organic healthy ingredients and eco friendly.
