Our collaboration with Nabati exemplifies the mission of our movement. They represent the efforts that all institutions in this city should be making in keeping food scraps out of landfills and bringing it back to earth through the act of composting. They have become a part of a movement that works to inspire a generation to adopt a lifestyle in which compost is integrated. Nabati has become more than a delicious ice-cream store, it has become a navigator for change.
